By using SubDeck: YouTube Subscription Manager ("SubDeck"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the extension.
SubDeck is provided to help users organize and manage their YouTube subscriptions. You agree to use the extension only in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of any third-party services you use, including YouTube's Terms of Service.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use SubDeck for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
SubDeck is free to install and use. The free plan includes the subscription feed, bulk subscription management, search, folder export and import, unlimited folders, up to 2 deck columns, and up to 15 "mark as watched" actions per day. A premium tier removes the remaining limits and adds subfolders, custom folder colors and uploaded icons, folder duplication, and bulk channel activity checks. We may change which features are free or premium, and the specific limits above, in future versions.
Your folders live in your browser's local storage, which means they are tied to that browser profile. Uninstalling the extension, clearing site data, or losing the profile removes them, and we have no copy to restore from. SubDeck provides folder export and import, free on every plan, so you can keep your own backup file; we recommend exporting anything you would not want to rebuild. Importing merges into your current folders and is provided "as is". Subfolder nesting is restored on import only on the premium plan; on the free plan every folder and every channel is still imported, but folders that were nested are placed at the top level.
Premium features require an active Patreon membership on the specific tier that supports SubDeck; membership of the campaign on another tier does not unlock them. Access is verified through Patreon authentication and is re-checked periodically. Payments are made to and handled entirely by Patreon under its own terms. We do not process payments and cannot issue refunds. Loss or cancellation of your membership ends premium access. Content you already created is not deleted, and your folders, folder colors and custom icons remain visible and editable. Two premium features revert to their free-plan form: folders that were nested are moved to the top level, and the column deck displays only the first two columns, with the remaining columns kept but not shown or loaded. Everything you created is retained and remembered, and renewing restores the nesting in one step and the columns immediately. Patreon is a third-party service and is subject to its own terms and privacy policy.
SubDeck and its associated software, design, and branding are owned by the developer. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or resell the software except as permitted by law.
SubDeck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with future versions of YouTube or any browser.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use SubDeck.
SubDeck does not collect or retain personal data. All folder configurations, settings, and channel data are stored locally in your browser, plus any export file you save yourself. The one server we operate is a stateless relay used solely to verify Patreon membership; it keeps no records. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
SubDeck reads and modifies data on YouTube using your own signed-in session, and optionally interacts with Patreon. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. These third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies, they may change at any time in ways that break the extension, and we are not responsible for their practices.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to SubDeck if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of SubDeck after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the extension or our website.
